Ordering, payment & service

Order Process

If you have found the product of your choice, click 'Order' on the respective page. You will then be redirected to our checkout system. Here, you fill in your details (check your email address!) and choose the desired payment method. To place an order, you must agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms for Digital Delivery. Clicking 'Place your order' will redirect you to the secure payment system of Pay.nl.

Secure Payment

Pay.nl is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) specializing in handling online payments. Pay.nl is licensed by the Dutch Central Bank and meets the highest security standards.

The payment methods with a consumer account are iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, PayPal, or bank transfer (which has a longer processing time). If you create a business account, you can also pay with Credit Card and Sofort.

Delivery

Your.Software delivers your product via email or in your account on our website. You will receive your personal and unique license code from us, as well as download and installation instructions.

Activation of Products: Register your license on the official activation page of the respective manufacturer. After registering, you can immediately download and install the purchased software. If you have little experience with this, feel free to contact us with any questions.

Delivery Time: Immediate Download
Immediate download means exactly that with Your.Software, within one second. If a product has a delivery time of "immediate download," it means it is automatically delivered immediately, even at night and on weekends.

Delivery Time: Available within 24 hours
For ordering some products, we need your details, such as your email address, and some products are not in stock by default. After placing the order, we may need to reorder these products from the manufacturer. During office hours, these products are usually delivered within an hour; however, it may take longer in the evenings and on weekends.

Complaints

It's naturally disappointing if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. However, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint to the customer contact department via email, regular mail, or the contact form. Our customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. For more information, please visit our complaints and compliments page.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt; if it requires more time, we will notify you. If you do not appreciate this, you can also contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, to which Your.Software is affiliated. If the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, you have the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
