Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.

For contracts for delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or took delivery of the last goods.

In the case of contracts for the supply of data not stored on a physical medium and produced and made available in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Your.Software (Software Outlet BV), PO Box 26, 7475 ZG Markelo, The Netherlands, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To comply with the notice period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will promptly refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will this refund be charged to you.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed observed if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day (14) period.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for loss of value of the Goods only if such loss of value results from handling of the Goods not necessary for examination of their condition, properties and operation.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed to us that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to begin performance of the contract.

General information on the return of goods

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging parts. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against shipping damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
