Complaints and compliments

We don't like to see it, still very occasionally we receive complaints.

And that's no fun. Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something bothers you, if you are dissatisfied, if there is something we should have done differently, please let us know. Where work is done, mistakes are sometimes made. Of course, we never do this on purpose, which is why we would like to solve them together with you.

Any complaints? Please contact customer service first

But important: Complaints that were not FIRST communicated with our customer service will not be dealt with. You cannot make a complaint until you have spoken to one of our colleagues. If you have a question or run into something, that is not a complaint. In that case, you can simply contact us via our Customer Service page.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. It is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union's platform.

Like everyone else, we like compliments.

Fishing for compliments is not the way to go. But we do our utmost to make Your.Software one of the best webshops around. And to say of yourself that we are really good (we are), you obviously don't do that.
