Terms and conditions of our lowest price guarantee

Our lowest price guarantee applies to almost our entire range. Unfortunately, we have had to exclude some products from this lowest price guarantee: these are products that are often offered illegally or semi-illegally. The lowest price guarantee, therefore, does not apply to one-time purchase products but does apply to all subscriptions.

When comparing our offer with that of a competing seller, the product must meet the following criteria:

1. An item offered as a download or physical shipment;
2. An item offered by a seller recognised as a partner by the software manufacturer;
3. A new and unused licence;
4. A product that – according to the manufacturer’s conditions – can be activated;
• Any mention of different terms or alternative activation instructions will result in an immediate rejection of our lowest price guarantee (for example, but not limited to, using phone activation instead of the prescribed/standard activation), as such instructions often indicate illegal software.
5. An item with a clearly and publicly listed price: The selling price must be verifiable by Your.Software;
6. An item available from stock (immediate download or physical delivery within 24 hours);
7. An item offered by a company within the EU with licence validity for Europe;
8. An item that is 1-to-1 comparable with that of Your.Software (e.g., same version number/edition);
9. The lowest price guarantee is intended for an end-user with a maximum of 1 licence per customer. Resellers or commercial orders are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.

The lowest price guarantee only applies if you find a lower price before your purchase. You cannot claim the lowest price guarantee after your purchase. The lowest price guarantee applies to regular and promotional prices and cannot be combined with discount codes. You can only use the lowest price guarantee once.

How can you make use of the lowest price guarantee?

1. Take a screenshot of the offer showing the time and date.
2. Copy the link (URL) to the product.
3. Take a screenshot of the shop’s partner status with the software manufacturer.
4. Send the screenshots and the link (URL) before your purchase to [email protected].

Our customer service will review your request within 7 working days. In case of doubt or uncertainty about the accuracy of the offered price and/or conditions, the judgement of Your.Software is final. No further correspondence will be entered into regarding this.
